Monroe Federal Savings and Loan

Monroe Federal has been serving the area north of Dayton and in particular Tipp City, Ohio since 1875. As they outgrew their downtown Tipp City main office, they needed a new facility that served both as a retail office and back-office operations center. PWCampbell designed a statuesque space adjacent to a highway that created awareness of Monroe and provided the space they desperately needed. The new building is only a few blocks from their headquarters and communicates the growth of the bank and its commitment to the Tipp City area.
