2024 PACB Annual Convention

The Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers is dedicated to empowering community banks to make a positive impact on their communities. This mission will be furthered at their 2024 annual convention in September at the Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia. Executive Vice President Glenn Grau will lead an educational session titled “Strategies for Safeguarding Success: Mitigating Risk within your Branch Network,” focusing on the importance of understanding market demographics in tailoring financial services and branch environments to meet the diverse needs of customers across different generations. Glenn will also delve into the art of site selection and its role in mitigating risk in bank expansion, considering factors such as accessibility, competitive landscape, economic conditions, regulatory environments, and community engagement. These insights will help banks identify potential risks and challenges in expanding to new locations, enabling informed decisions that minimize risks and maximize growth opportunities.

Principal Erin Campbell will also be on hand to share industry trends and showcase how PWCampbell’s comprehensive solutions can address key challenges facing banks today.
