Citizens Federal Savings and Loan

During our due diligence, we uncovered a number of environmental issues that led to the Bank’s decision to turn to an alternate location as opposed to investing in their current one. At the same time, the adjacent building became available, which perfectly provided more space, and better curb appeal.

After Citizens Federal secured the new space, we engaged in a full architectural design and renovation project.  The modern, design-forward building features floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a view of downtown Bellefontaine, and a colorful welcome wall at the entrance.  But perhaps the most eye-catching feature is the spiral staircase connecting the retail branch with the main office operations space.  The new location not only provides more space now and into the future, but also is a great source of pride for employees and customers.
