Project
IRFCU needed a move to a new location as the industrial complex they originally served was closed and member traffic diminished.

PWCampbell conducted an in-depth member study which revealed that relocating to a thriving shopping district in a nearby town
would offer improved service and the opportunity to gain new members. PWCampbell thoroughly investigated suitable sites along a short ½ mile
stretch of road, identifying an off-market parcel and initiating discussions with the property owner regarding a potential sale. PWCampbell managed the negotiations and successfully secured the sought-after location for IRFCU. The design of the new main office was strategically planned to enhance community visibility and create a more conducive work environment.

The interior features both rustic and natural colors, materials, and finishes mixed with the vibrant pops of color in furniture and paint that reflects the colorful IRFCU brand. A mezzanine level adds an inviting public space for members to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The increased visibility of the office resulted in higher foot traffic and a notable 32% rise in deposits through the new branch.
