People First Federal Credit Union

Project
Prototype elements featuring the credit union’s logo were initially created for a tight urban setting, then applied to suburban free-standing locations and ITMs.

A tight, urban storefront layout focused on ease of transactional business for busy commuters in a revitalized section of downtown Allentown, PA. ITMs were installed in “domiciles” that provide privacy and incorporate the credit union logo into the design. They connote home: a visual reminder of the credit union’s commitment to aiding first-time homebuyers. Meeting and office areas are banded with branded elements and consultative and community spaces give the small space an open feel.

These elements were then incorporated into a new build in a suburban shopping area and separate parking lot ITM installation. In the branch, the layout of the building and glass tower both feature the logo, the tower logo visible day or night from the busy street. The brand colors, domiciles, branded window and door frames, and lighting all match the prototype from the Allentown location. The ITM surround features lighted branded arches.
