An independent community bank with a strong history and a focus on growth needed a partner to help build and renovate locations that serve its local communities.

Somerset Trust Company partnered with PWCampbell on the design-build of this strategically located branch in the area known as “Hufftown” in South Greensburg, PA. This inviting prototype design offers full banking services in a compact, 2400sqft footprint. Working closely with the Somerset team through design, technology, and construction allowed the project to move quickly, taking only 4 months from pad preparation to official opening. 

Next a historic building was renovated for a branch fit out. The prototype design elements were incorporated while the building’s original detail was refurbished to its original beauty.
