The Dime Bank

When The Dime Bank was looking to renew the lease on their existing Main Office and operations center, a much larger space became available nearby, causing the Bank to divert from their renewal plans. We underwent a comprehensive space planning process to determine the best layout for the client. We expertly transformed the existing bare-bones building into a new, efficient main office, complete with several conference rooms, lounges, and a fitness center. Due to our space planning, additional square footage allowed the Bank to add an onsite retail branch to the plans. Further, to support their retail transactions on location, we successfully built a free-standing drive-up adjacent to the operations center.

Our Interior Design and Branding teams successfully matched the aesthetic of the Greentown branch, providing a cohesive look and feel across multiple locations.  The Bank’s brand was also cascaded throughout several areas designed to accommodate multiple departments, including electronic banking, human resources, marketing, training, a call center, and loan servicing.  The result was a modernized, efficient main office with retail that boosts the Bank’s purpose of creating an amazing experience for customers and employees.
