TruNorthern Federal Credit Union

To support the revitalization programs in the city of Malone, we developed a modernized branded environment, with a heavy concentration on interactive, state-of-the-art technology, keeping in mind the Credit Union’s dedication and commitment to the local, hometown counties of northern New York.  This occupied renovation posed many challenges but by working with the TruNorthern Federal Credit Union staff and using our years of experience, we completed construction with minimal disruption to operations.

A renovation presents a great opportunity to introduce new services.  With the help of our experienced Branded Environments team, the Credit Union unveiled an exciting new brand, including a new name, logo, artwork, and brand standards.  They then relied on our Technology Solutions experts to design, program, and install components such as iPads, digital signage, and conference room connections for the first time, elevating the branch experience for both members and employees.
