Accountability:  Joe oversees all Estimating functions – procuring, qualifying, and scoping bids, compiling bid summaries, reviewing drawings and scopes of work, and conducting bid tab reviews.  Accomplished and experienced in construction estimating, Joe ensures accurate and competitive pricing for every project.
